10 Minute Ball Mastery Sessions 1 & 2

Please watch these ten minute ball mastery sessions. These are skills you can do in a small space daily. If you are unable to complete these skills everyday, make every effort to go through these sessions at least four times a week. Continue to challenge yourself and I know you will all become more comfortable and confident with the ball at your foot.
