Foot Skills

We offer 5 foot skills sessions throughout each week. Each foot skills session is run by a different member of our Auburn Thunder Coaching Staff to ensure that our players are learning different and new skills each time they attend. These sessions are 30 minutes of continuous work with the ball to improve our players foot skills. This focuses on the individual player aspect of soccer.

Goalkeeper Training

Goalkeeper Training is tailored to training the highly specialized position of goalkeeper. Goalkeepers and aspiring goalkeepers will learn proper technique for footwork and handling as well as gain a tactical understanding of positioning, communication, and decision-making specific to goalkeepers such as breakaways and crosses.

Shooting

Shooting is tailored to training our players in the art of finishing. This session focuses on ball striking to create scoring opportunities as well as working on crossing and serving the ball to setup scoring chances.

Fitness

Overall athlete fitness is a very important part of the game.  We are dedicated to making sure that all of our player's fitness levels are at a point where they will be successful during the season.

Thunder Games

These are soccer games with
 fewer players competing on a smaller sized field. These are fun games that involve the players more because fewer players are sharing one ball.
